Membership in the CAC is open to individuals and organizations active in and seeking to improve the quality of life for people with asthma. CAC members include physicians, nurses, educators, researchers, community leaders, asthma advocates, and asthma patients and their families.

Membership Categories
Individual Membership ($35 annually*) is open to individuals who have asthma, have family members with asthma, or provide services to people with asthma. Individual Members have voting privileges.
Professional Membership ($100 annually) is open to all individuals eligible for Individual Membership who wish to receive the following additional membership benefits: unlimited free continuing education credits and access to the Professional Listserv. Professional Members have voting privileges.
Institutional Membership ($200 annually for organizations with up to 20 employees or $300 annually for organizations with more than 20 employees) is open to non-profit organizations that provide services to individuals with asthma. Institutional Members may designate three members (one voting member and two non-voting members).
Affiliate Membership ($500 annually) is open to for-profit organizations engaged in a field related to the care and treatment of individuals with asthma. Affiliate Members may designate three members (one voting member and two non-voting members).
Sustaining Membership ($500 annually) is open to Individual and Professional Members who wish to support the CAC beyond the cost of membership by making a tax-deductible contribution to the CAC. Sustaining Members must designate a membership level. Sustaining Members have voting privileges.
*Scholarships are available for Individual Memberships. Interested individuals should submit a short letter indicating which membership benefits they seek and how these benefits will help them better serve their community.
